Open during our standard business hours of 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, our helpdesk will resolve your problems quickly and efficiently. Customers who need help outside of these hours can arrange contract extensions to have access to our on-call engineers.
Our pro-active monitoring system runs 24×7, checking server health, network status, application availability, bandwidth use and more. This provides automatic warning of problems (eg disk failure in a RAID array) and allows us to review historic data to help diagnose problems. Live status is displayed on a large wallboard to our staff so they are often aware of problems before users.
