suites of software.

simple "screen-popping" to call and contact
centre management these products cover all applications.
For example Callview offer the Navigator that can use
your database to intelligently route incoming calls
to optimal destinations.
The
HiPath also offers the optiClient Attendant which is
a PC based console that will give your operator the
ultimate in call control.
