You can connect to the existing carrier or you could put calls through us with the Alpha-Net.
The Alpha-Net can draw on a wide variety of carriers (as befits the Alpha philosophy) and our rates are always competitive.

We can even provide bespoke tariffs for those larger firms with extensive dealings in a select number of countries.

· Non-Geographical Numbers

All in addition to the normal distance and international calls.

We feel this scheme is currently unique in that it offers our customers not only the comfort of just having one contact point for any telephony issues but it also gives up 12.5 % discount on further transactions with our company.

If Alpha maintain your system and your call traffic has gone through the Alpha-Net for a minimum of three months you qualify for our One Call Does All Scheme.

The discounts available are on future maintenance contracts, additional equipment and labour charges.

In addition if any aspect of your telecommunications goes wrong you come to us to help put it right.

Even if the fault is with British Telecom we will act on your behalf in sorting the problem.
